01 / SERVICES

Four services. Done well.

We don't do everything. We do these four things — for mid-size shippers moving 50–500 pallets a month — better than most regional brokers.

Dedicated 53-foot dry van or refrigerated trailer for a single shipper, picked up from one origin and delivered to one destination. The right call when you have a full pallet count, a tight delivery window, or temperature-sensitive freight.

WHAT WE HANDLE

Carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, BOL prep, dispatch, in-transit tracking, exception management, POD collection.

WHAT YOU HANDLE

Loading at origin, providing pallet counts and commodity details, accepting at delivery.

TYPICAL LEAD TIME

24–72 hours for standard lanes. Same-day for repeat capacity on our top 40 lanes.

PRICING MODEL

Per-load, all-in rate quoted before booking. Fuel surcharge included. No hidden accessorials.

Consolidated shipments where you pay only for the space your freight occupies. Best for 1–10 pallets where a full truck would be wasteful. Cost savings of 30–60% versus FTL for partial loads.

WHAT WE HANDLE

Carrier consolidation, NMFC class verification, terminal routing, claims management.

WHAT YOU HANDLE

Accurate freight class and dimensions, palletizing for terminal handling.

TYPICAL LEAD TIME

48–96 hours. Volume LTL programs available for clients shipping 20+ LTL loads/month.

CARRIERS

XPO, Estes, Saia, R+L, ODFL — we negotiate against published tariffs on every load.

We coordinate receiving, storage, and cross-docking at partner facilities in Nashville, Atlanta, and Columbus. Built for clients who need short-term holding, regional consolidation, or pool distribution — not long-term inventory storage.

INCLUDED

Receiving, palletized storage (up to 90 days), cross-dock transfers, outbound coordination, basic kitting.

NOT INCLUDED

Long-term storage (90+ days), pick-and-pack fulfillment, returns processing. We coordinate; we don’t own the warehouse.

LOCATIONS

Nashville (HQ, 180k sq ft partner), Atlanta (220k sq ft), Columbus OH (140k sq ft).

BILLING

Pass-through facility costs + flat coordination fee. Every invoice itemized.

We review every carrier invoice against the original quote, the BOL, and contracted accessorial rates. Billing errors are common — overcharged fuel, duplicate detention, wrong weight class. Our average client recovers 4.1% of annual freight spend.

WHAT WE CATCH

Duplicate invoices, incorrect fuel surcharges, unauthorized accessorials, misapplied LTL classes, weight discrepancies.

PROCESS

Invoices reviewed within 48 hours of receipt. Disputes filed inside 7 days. Recoveries credited monthly.

TYPICAL RECOVERY

3–6% of total freight spend in year one. Drops to 1–2% in subsequent years as carriers self-correct.

PRICING

25% of recovered amounts. No recovery, no fee.

02 / WHAT WE DON'T DO
